A Passion For Makeup

Hello, I'm Naoimh, and I warmly welcome you to my website. This space was created to bring together all my work and information, making it easy for you to find everything you need right here.

My passion for makeup has been a constant driving force in my life. In 2017, I embarked on my makeup journey by training with the renowned VanityX Makeup Academy. During this foundational training, I honed my skills in client makeup application, delved into color theory, and learned the importance of impeccable hygiene—an integral aspect of our industry that I uphold with every client.

My journey at VanityX culminated in the achievement of a Professional Makeup Artistry diploma. Additionally, I hold an ITEC Level 2 award in the art of photographic makeup, a qualification recognized worldwide.

In 2018, I furthered my expertise by enrolling in Inglot Ireland's in-store Pro Artistry course. Here, I mastered advanced techniques and grew confident in using color to craft intricate looks like cut creases and spotlight eyes.

In January 2019, I had the privilege of attending a course by the exceptionally talented Irish makeup artist, Sarah Keary. This experience enriched my knowledge of products and their significance for various skin types.

I began my career on the Dior counter at Brown Thomas, but my true passion led me to become a freelance makeup artist, providing my services in my own dedicated space.

Throughout my journey, I've had the opportunity to work in several bustling salons in Cork—a setting I deeply enjoy for the chance to meet new people each week, all while welcoming returning clients. I offer freelance services, specialising in bridal and Occasion makeup, while also having experience in editorial and tv work,

I am incredibly honored to have won the prestigious title of Beautician of the Year at The Hair and Beauty Awards in 2022, I was a nominee for the 2023 Hi Style Awards for Best Makeup Artist and I have been nominated for Bridal Makeup Artist of the year with Weddingsonline.ie
